"Dan, This is just a short note to tell you how delighted we are with the tan apache bench that we ordered last month. The bench arrived on Friday, Aug 31, and the trucker was nice enough to help me uncrate it and bring it into the house. The skins on the seat, seatback and AND the back of the seatback are full skins, without seams or stitching. It was nice to see that even the seatback was fully finished with a full skin, and not pieces stitched together. The woodwork is all custom and it is clear that the bench is handmade. I was a little concerned about the shipping charges but after seeing how well crated and protected the bench was, it became clear why the charges were what they were. "I would like to share with any perspective customer the type of experience they are in for when they purchase furniture through you, Santa Fe Decor Furniture, Inc. My husband and I recently built a new home and were looking to decorate certain rooms of the house in a Southwest motif. Specifically, I was seeking quality end tables for the living room that met the requirement - and was having a great deal of difficulty finding what I wanted visiting various furniture stores and other websites. Well, our needs were met when I found the southwestern-rustic-furniture website -owned and operated by Santa Fe Decor. I was able to find the exact end table motif I was seeking via the website, so I contacted them via the website information and left a message. Within a few hours, I was called back by Mr. Goff, the owner -where he asked me a series of important decorating questions (like preferred dimensions, stains) along with a detailed explanation of how they take the preferred information from the customer and custom make the products. Within a couple of days, Mr. Goff sent me a sample board that allowed us to pick out the exact stain to meet our design/color needs. We were able to specify the size and color of the tables we wanted through his expert help. Since the tables were custom built to our requirements, it took approximately 6 weeks from the ordering point to receive the tables. We live in Nevada, so it was imperative that Santa Fe Decor ship the completed tables with a great deal of care and security - to ensure that they arrived to our door in top condition. We were so happy with the extra effort they took in crating and shipping the tables -because they arrived to our door in perfect condition. The qualities of the tables are outstanding. My husband is a furniture maker by hobby, and was very impressed with their construction quality. "I live in Carefree, AZ. My husband and I needed 19 iron chairs in rusted brown to match the decor of our home. I wanted them in various sizes. I wanted some to swivel and some to remain stationery.
