Rustic Furniture Guarantee
Our furniture is delivered to you through common carrier (freight trucking companies) and comes with our 10 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply contact us for return within 10 days, and upon receipt of the insured item, your merchandise total will be refunded in full.
The item must be received no later than 30 days from the date of your delivery. If there is a problem within 30 days of receiving your order, that somehow went unnoticed or did not arise until later, we will at our discretion, find a way to help you solve the problem. In some instances we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. Reasons for a restocking charge would include: An unreasonable delay in returning products past our stated return policy, or an unreasonable delay in contacting us regarding a return. Any furniture items for which you request a custom size are, regretfully, non-returnable, unless there is damage or a manufacturer's defect, in which case we will happily have it repaired or provide a replacement. We ask that you please either refuse delivery or contact us within two days after your furniture has arrived if there are any problems in shipment.
Once an order is placed into production, (about one week from the order date and after receiving shipping cost), you may not cancel or change the order. Otherwise a fee of up to 25% of the total order may be charged, for the overall production of the piece.

To Return an item, we ask that you: 1) Email us or call us toll free at 1-866-888-7577 to discuss plans for return of the item. Shipment returns will not be accepted without prior approval from our office. 2) Return the item in the original shipping material. If you receive several items in a large container, please email or call us for instructions on packaging to ensure that it arrives back to us in its original condition. We require that return products be in their original packaging and boxing (where reasonable) with pre-paid shipping costs and insured for purchase value.
Upon delivery of all furniture we ask that you inspect the merchandise thoroughly before the driver leaves your order. If there are any damages, please either refuse delivery or note them on the bill of lading. It is very important to understand that sometimes damage can happen with large furniture, even with the best shipping companies. Due to the shipping companies rules, we must make it very clear that inspection, and reporting of any damages be done when you receive your order. Otherwise the customer is responsible for return freight charges if no damages are noted on the bill of lading. We want to insure that your furniture arrives in the same condition it was in when it left our warehouse.
